Notes

  • Five Step
  • 1. LF forward in CBMP / DW / 1/4 turn to left between 1 and 2
  • 2. RF to side and slightly back / BDW against LOD
  • 3. LF in CBMP / DW against LOD
  • 4. RF back and slightly rightwards / DW against LOD
  • 5. LF placed to side without weight in PP / Facing DW of new LOD / Body turns to right
